800EX Intercom Exchange
The 800EX intercom exchange has “Fanless” construction and a Solid State Drive (SSD), reducing the number of points for hardware failure. Capability to operate standalone or as part of a complex voice communications network makes it possible to integrate seamlessly with any customer call centre system.
The 800EX intercom exchange can be configured to operate in any one or combination of the following three modes:
1. VoIP – make an intercom call directly (or indirectly) to any SIP telephone device.
2. PSTN – make an intercom call to any analogue telephone device via a gateway device.
3. Call Centre – prioritise intercom calls with weighted queues or audio response interception.
